This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to MsgGO subscriptions and services. At MsgGO, we strive to provide high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy helps establish clear guidelines regarding when and how refunds may be processed.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

MsgGO operates on a monthly subscription model with pre-allocated credits. For monthly subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the current billing month.
  • Your access to the service will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

For customers who have purchased annual plans:

  • Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Eligible refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription, less any applicable processing fees.
  • After the initial 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Credit Usage

  • MsgGO operates on a credit-based system where subscribers receive a monthly allocation of credits.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are not eligible for refunds.
  • Once allocated, credits cannot be converted back to monetary value.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following cases:

Service Unavailability

If MsgGO experiences extended service disruptions (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) due to issues within our control, affected customers may be eligible for:

  • Service credits for future use
  • Partial refund proportional to the duration of the outage

Account Termination

If MsgGO terminates your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

  • Include your account information and detailed reason for the refund request
  • Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will respond to your request within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
